Maison and Grace Return Policy
Order Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, we are generally unable to cancel it as orders are processed automatically and prepared for shipment immediately after purchase. However, if you are located in a jurisdiction where applicable consumer protection law grants you a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase (including certain Canadian provinces), those rights remain unaffected by this policy. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@maisonandgrace.com if you wish to cancel and we will do our best to assist you.
If you no longer wish to keep your order after receiving it, please follow our return procedure within the applicable return period.
Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Return Destination: All returns must be shipped to our international processing warehouse in China. The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
Return Instructions
- Contact Customer Service: Email support@maisonandgrace.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will respond and provide a return authorization and the return address in China.
- Package Your Return: Safely package the item with all tags and original packaging included, and attach the return authorization form.
- Ship with Tracking: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
- Bank Processing: Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item following the instructions above and place a new order on our website.
Exceptions
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will cover the return shipping and send the correct item promptly.
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
